(Sault Ste. Marie, MI) - The Concordia Women's Hockey team headed north for a Central Collegiate Women's Hockey Association (CCWHA) match against #15 Lake Superior State in the first game of a two-game road series against the Lakers. The Cardinal goalie, Rose Lennon, held tight as she didn't allow a goal until there was 3:19 left in the match. CUAA tallied 10 shots to the Lakers 19.
Lennon earned the win in goal and moved to 2-3 on the season. She tallied 46 saves in the game.
The Cardinals are back in action again on Saturday, November 23 as they take on the Lakers for a 1 PM game on the road.
