(Sylvania, Ind.) The men's golf team participated in their last competition of the fall season on Monday afternoon. The Cardinals traveled to Ohio for the Lourdes Invitational which was hosted by the Sylvania Country Club. The Cardinals took seventh overall with a total score of 346. Other WHAC schools participating included Lawrence Tech, Cleary, Lourdes and Siena Heights.
Nick Althouse (JR/Canadian Lakes, MI) continued his impressive play for the Cardinals this fall T-17th overall with a final round score of 82 (+10). Perry Melcher was the second Cardinal to finish as he posted an 85 after 18 holes which tied him for 30th in the competitive field. Will Heiber (87), Joshua Line (89), Andrew Burk (90) and Layne Pries (92) rounded out the scoring for the Cardinals. Travis Lysiak (103) and Sam Homann (118) also posted totals.

Lawrence Tech (305) and Tiffin (326) recorded the two team low totals. Jay Denman took home top individual honors with a 74 (+2).
