Hunter was a four-year starter for her high school's vasrity team and co-captain her senior year, helping her team win a district and league championship in 2012. She also broke the single season home run record during that season with 7. She received All-Region honors in 2010 and 2012, as well as All-League recognition for the 2011 and 2012 seasons, and an honorable mention for All-State in 2012.
COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS
Freshman Year: Appeared in 21 games her freshman year. Had 20 put outs, hitting .200 RBI for the Cardinals.
Sophomore Year: Appeared in 14 games with a .200 Batting ave.
